Comfy cottage in great location
Basic, comfy, close to water, great for a short stay in cooler weather. Has fans but can't open windows - would have loved air-conditioning but that's just me being a princess! Thanks, Amanda, we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and Comfortable
We had 2 nights in this comfy accommodation. Online, check in says 10am, but it's actually 3pm, but this didn't affect our travel as our flight was delayed. The accommodation was well appointed with everything we needed, so very quiet and beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We at first felt quite stifled, as it was a really muggy afternoon and there is no air conditioning, which I didn't notice when booking. In saying that, the property cooled down so very quickly once we opened the windows and put the fans on. We slept very comfortably, but did need to have the bedroom window open all night with the blind up, so there was no privacy. In saying that, the bedroom is at the very back with trees and gardens around and neighbours cannot see in, but it doesn't stop people from walking right up to the window and looking in. We would definitely stay again, but not in summer when it's really muggy, as I do not miss living in Brisbane in summer.

Double booked
We did not stay as it was double booked. I had booked 6 weeks 7 weeks in advance and had a confirmation phone call and email a week prior check in date. On the day of check in, I contacted owner re. code for entrance and I was told it was already booked by someone else. She cancelled my booking and requested I be refunded (which I was) but my friend had nowhere to stay and the owner did nothing to assist. I was very unhappy about this lack of support and was forced to pay much higher rates for last minute accommodation.

Fabulous Stay At Brighton
The apartment is perfect for a sort or long stay, off street parking right at the door, fabulous veranda with outside seating for taking in the afternoon sunset, beautifully designed in a boho feel, specious open plan lounge and kitchen area with everything you need for cooking in, large bathroom with shower & washing machine, very comfortable queen size bed with the cutest Dutch door leading out to the back area, it is centrally located close to all amenities, waters edge walks, pier, cafes, shopping & Clubs. Will definitely book again when back in Brighton.
