While the location was convenient, the apartment was drab and only partially clean. We couldn’t open the sliding door or use the balcony as our view of the neighbouring building’s air conditioning units were too loud. I would not recommend staying here.

My home away from home!!
This is my home away from home, downtime and me space. Everything is easy, the staff are wonderful and always helpful. Any challenges are dealt with quickly and friendly. I'm only sad this time around the spa wasn't working, as that's my biggest ME time, lol, oh well next time.

Having to go back to your car to place a slip in the window is a bit annoying. Bed & pillows are uncomfortable. Nice location, close to everything, but you pay for it also

Stayed at the Oaks Casino Towers after catching a show in the city , very convenient hotel reception staff were very helpful the win at the casino an added bonus ... cheers guys

The location and views were fantastic. The apartment urgently requires an upgrade to justify the cost of the apartment. Understandable an old building but it did not deserve a premium price to stay there. 2 out of 5

It has all the basics covered but it is old and tired. No daily room servicing - Although you can ask for restock of amenities at reception as many times as you like. Little bit on the expensive side but trade off is location in the heart of the CBD.
