The tiles in my bathroom were not non slip. So i had a fall. Reception were concerned with the well being. They purchased a mat for the to use for the remainder of my stay. But it was a be hazard in the own right. All the staff i interacted with were friendly, professional & courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Room service prices were a tad overboard. Great location on the mall albeit taxi entrance was dowdy. Not the sites fault.

The staff were great. No issues there. Check in took longer due to a system issue apparently as there was a double booking not initiated by me. The room was ok but had no extra pillows or bedding. The room was quite small too. There were no coffee sachets for those that do not like barista like coffee. Also paying $5 for $1.50 bottle of water was steep. The fridge didn’t really work either. The food was plentiful and good quality. The beds were very comfortable. Lastly, there wasn’t a feel that this is a 5 star hotel.. location is likely a reason as there were some unlikely characters around the street.
