Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Processes left a bit to be desired. Pre arrival check in was a waste of time as you still need to do the full check in on arrival. And despite signs in the room for room service, it isn’t offered. After 10 mins of waiting for a call to order to be answered found out your meal has to be collected. Other than that, overall good.

Staff were great, rooms were cleaned very well. TV was not working so a little frustrating.
A fabulously located hotel with lovely services and facilities - no frills but adequate, clean and functional. All u need for a business trip or short stay.
Very inconvenient if you have a vehicle. It would also have been nice to have help with luggage while my husband was parking. Room was clean and tidy and fine for our needs. We ate at the restaurant and meals were good
Stay was fine with location great for my short stay, only suggestion i would get the cleaners to do a good vaccume to all edges of the carpet as there is lots of dust in the corners where the normal vaccume head doesn’t get to,
it was fine for me but people with allergies etc will have an issue with it,

LOVED the view from our room - just wonderful, and the staff were great.
Restaurant could certainly be better tho. Disappointing for a large hotel like this.
Really has almost everything from walkable and easy access to different public transport routes and so many options, dining and shops around and especially the friendly and helpful staff there and I can't thank them enough! Really amazing for the price!

It was a shame on Advertising. The place is terrible that not even 1 star hotel. What a shame!
Stood at reception for 25min waiting to check in, has to spell my name 9 times to find my booking and she didn’t want to listen. Then we had a fire alarm and had to evacuate. Left card and if in unit and had to fight tooth and nail to get another swipe card
It was so close to the centre of the city - Excellent. It was also close to the exit of the mall and that meant it came with homeless, beggars (never thought I'd say that about Brissie, but they were there asking for money) and a pretty grotty area around it - the hotel can't do anything about it though. Enjoyed our stay. Rooms could do with USB charging points and a dunny brush and a spare blanket but overall, a clean and trendy place to stay.
