The staff were so lovely very helpful very accommodating . The hotel was comfortable and close to south bank and also easy enough to scoot into the city from. I would stay here again based on the staff all of them from front desk to cleaners were just lovely . They also have an awesome bath house under the hotel , which was perfect for me as I was staying for a fitness comp ! Thanks hotel Diana xx

The staff go above and beyond. We recently stayed after my daughter had surgery and the staff we so accomodating to her needs including when the room was cleaned and when the tea/coffee etc were topped up. Truly amazing service from front desk staff, kitchen staff and cleaning staff.

We had a lovely stay, thanks so much to the gentleman at the front desk who was marvellous. So funny when we ‘parked’ without getting a ticket but his sense of humour was up to the task and we all had a good laugh. Having a gym to use was a bonus! Boo’s Kitchen, just outside, was delightful & coffee at the coffee shop next to the palace theatre was a bonus!

Great stay at hotel Diana. Convenient location to everything and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Only disappointment was the quality of the buffet breakfast, but other than that we loved our stay and will definitely stay again in future.

Going the extra mile
The staff were lovely and very helpful. I was staying there because my husband had surgery at the hospital nearby. When he came out they helped with a heat pack for his pain.
