We were very disappointed with the service provided. Our room was not ready when we checked in at 2pm. Our bags were left with concierge and after 2 hours of them not turning up we had to collect ourselves. The buffet breakfast allowed tables to be booked meaning the only availability was outside in the cold. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Easy check in. Clean property and great service. The only drawback was that we were given a room which had a connecting door to another room. Not sure it’s because of this but there was a lot of noise coming through the door. Other than that it was great

Hot tub not working. Beds very soft and uncomfortable. Valet parking clunky. Had to check in at the front of the hotel then drive around the back for Valet parking. Great location. Nice views. Executive lounge great for breakfast and afternoon drinks.

Despite a rather long wait for valet parking due congestion the experience was wonderful. The staff from check in to dining room was exceptional. Extremely polite and courteous and only to willing to assist in any matter. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
