Got exactly what I booked and transport with taxi from international airport was affordable. I first didn't realize I could go into the building to get to the late arrival safe so was wondering around for a little before I read the notice. Staff was friendly and room was comfy.

The room was clean & ok we had shared bathroom. It was ok for what we paid which was a budget price. The problem was not enough parking and there was road works out the front all night. Terrible concrete cuttings noice for hours. This was out of their control but still made our stay there awful.

Have no idea hat the 2 white cards in the key envelope were for. No compendium explaining where to go for breakfast and other details. Very tight parking spaces. Emailed on Sunday arvo requesting a 10.30 check out, no reply. Checked emails at 9.20am on Sunday morning

Nicely renovated and very modern and clean. Disappointed with a sewerage odour from Drains when we arrived but after flushing toilet and using basin a couple of times, it was gone. The luggage lift was amazing as we were on 3rd floor but we had already dragged our cases up the stairs to level 2 before we found it. Not mentioned in advertising nor in booking plus not obvious at the ground floor. Overall a great place to stay.

Arrived at 11am for a one night stay before an early flight the next day. Greeted warmly by host and she made sure our room was made ready by 11.30am so we could settle in for the day. Nice basic room, comfortable bed. Everything clean and well maintained. Nice garden area to sit in. Will definitely use this property again.

Hate bagging hotels but only baggage lift. Underground car park only fit small sedans. Scraped only rental Subaru Forester against wall backing out after not getting into bay. No teaspoons.
