Desk staff are slow cluless and seem like they have no energy customer service training may need to be conducted to the staff.could at least work on smile greeting and acknowledging customers. Its sad that you cant get a complete good experience, on another note the rooms are clean good and look fresh love the colours and layout of room

The Amora was clean, comfy and presents as modern and fresh with calm clean creamy coloured decor. Nicely laid out room with plenty of space and big super comfy beds. The bathroom and shower were wonderful. Full marks for the brilliant new fitout.
