If you come with an expectation of camping, the mini chalet will be excellent. This is a small tent (max height 150cm) that only fits a queen size bed and nothing else. You can do nothing else except sleeping and sitting. We have to bend down everytime we enter & leave the tent. Fan is very small and has limited coverage but at night the weather is as cold as air-conditioned.
If you expect a proper hotel room, you need to think otherwise.
The common facilities such as toilet etc were very clean and hygiene. If you're light sleeper, don't come during peak period. You can hear if Anyone walks by your tent, left alone the kids running around. You'll feel the "earthquake".
Overall, I personally enjoyed the stay as my husband never had camping experience before. The price is definitely worth it. Location is perfect as the Kea market is just outside.
