The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Staff at breakfast were friendly and went above and beyond to provide a 5 star dining experience. Location of the property is brilliant as well, close to the beach but also can walk to the town centre easily.

The lovely Charm Hotel
Hotel and service was very good, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and a good size. Very good location for the Lanes, just a short walk. Only small criticism would be that it was a little noisy with the sound of water, must be where the water pipes were near our room. This would not put us off going again just maybe not in the basement, a higher room I am sure would have been quieter. Overall I would recommend this lovely hotel

Nice hotel with great and friendly staff. Lily was lovely. Great spot to be in. It's a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute cab ride to the lanes or Brighton Centre.

This was a great stay for me and my partner. Everything was lovely the only reason it not making 5 stars for me was because the shower didn’t seem to work that great but apart from that it was lovely hopefully that can get sorted.

Best night I’ve had in Brighton
The stay was wonderful. Everyone was very welcoming and even had the room ready before check in so we didn’t have to leave our bags in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another stay!

The staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and polite. Complimentary cookies, water, and coffee were a thoughtful touch, made even better by a staff member encouraging us to indulge since they were free of charge. Breakfast was both filling and delicious. We rented the hot tub for one night, and it was a lovely treat—we never felt rushed or pressured. The staff went above and beyond to explain how the door worked after hours, as well as the details of breakfast and the hot tub rental. They even graciously offered to extend our stay by an additional 30 minutes free of charge.

Had a really nice stay. The room was huge and out of the way which was nice. The floorboards upstairs were a bit noisy but it can't be helped. We has a nice private basement room and it was very modern. I feel they could leave more toilet roll and also restock the teabags every day but that's just me being fussy! Not worth any negativity :) Would definitely come back. Staff were lovely and very friendly too :)

Charm by name and charming by nature! Set in a quiet street with facing gardens, about 5 minutes walk from the pier and Old Steine. Plenty of buses nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staf very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We were here overnight and would be happy to stay here again.
