This apartment is a great family accommodation option. You will experience the relaxing atmosphere and unwind ready to enjoy all that Bright & it surrounds has to offer. Situated in a quiet complex of six apartments, The apartment is very well presented having been fully renovated. There’s a great decking area out back with BBQ for entertaining and a sunny deck in front to sit with a coffee.
Beyond the apartments there’s a great outdoor area which includes an undercover BBQ area, in-ground pool, shady trees and lawns. From the rear of the property there is direct access onto the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. There is also a shared laundry available.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.
