When it comes to dining you will be spoilt for choice with so many local pubs dotted around the surrounding villages, and if you fancy eating at the seafront you have Watchet Harbour, Minehead and Porlock all very close by.

This starts from Bishops Lydeard and goes all the way along to Minehead, and its worth jumping off at Dunster, a medieval village, to visit the castle and mill. If its stunning scenery you are looking for, you must head into the Exmoor National Park, heading high up into the hills where the views will take your breath away. Beach 16 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
