This two-story house is perfect for your next Maine vacation, no matter what time of year you visit.

Inside, the living room is dressed in burnished wood accents, comfortable furniture, and lots of natural light streaming in through broad windows at every turn. After a busy day of skiing, hiking or sightseeing, sit back and relax while you soak in our new hot spring spa surrounded by mother nature and gaze up at the beautiful stars above! When you're done enjoying a summertime hike or day at the lake, watch your favorite Netflix TV shows and movies while the private washer/dryer knocks out all that dirty laundry. The gourmet kitchen is full of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and attractive cookware that will make family meals a joy to prepare in the oven with a built-in air fryer.

Winter guests will appreciate a location right on the snowmobile trail, and summer visitors will be near the lake for entertaining afternoons in the water. When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have three full bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the third with a twin bunk with a trundle and an additional twin bed. The loft has a king bed, TV, and a wood-burning stove - the ideal setting for a luxurious sleep or some privacy with a favorite novel. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. You'll even have AC units in every room, so it will be easy to keep cool on those hot summer days.

Explore the lake on a kayak or paddleboard or adventure on a motorboat and visit downtown Naples. You'll be less than two miles from the Long Lake Public Boat Ramp and four miles from Harrison Marina and many public beaches. You'll also be just two miles from Bridgton's quaint main street where you'll find shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, ice cream, a museum, a drive-in movie theater, and Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort! The Loon Echo Land Trust is an excellent resource for hiking in the area, with well-maintained trails at Pondicherry Park, Mayberry Hill, Bald Pate, and Pleasant Mountain. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
