This stylish and modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom completely furnished home includes new luxury vinyl flooring upstairs, glass shower doors, and a finished carpeted basement with bathroom and sleeper sofa.

Smart thermostat. Smart TVs with YouTube premium located in living room and basement. Sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck and back yard. Equipped kitchen and appliances are included (washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove).

Custom artwork decorates the home as well as a handmade epoxy river table in the dining room and live edge coffee table. Your new home is located in Hunting Ridge, a large, wooded community that has so much to offer including miles of walking trails, multiple playgrounds, a massive swimming pool for those hot summer days, tennis courts, a baseball field, volleyball court, and a large community center that can be rented for gatherings.

Owner back charges for utilities. Owner pays HOA fees and grass/lawn care is included. Snow removal is not included. All tenants must abide by HOA bylaws. No pets. No smoking.
