Small apartment in a very old, quiet building on the banks of the Rhône at the foot of the ViaRhona, 5 minutes from Walibi, between mountains and countryside. It is a co-ownership, the entrance hall and the exterior do not belong to us and are old. Our apartment includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140) and an additional 2 single folding beds. A separate equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob cooker and electric oven, microwave, senseo, kettle, kitchen scale, etc. The furniture is old but clean. A bathroom with jet shower cubicle, sink and WC. Park your vehicle in a private space in the backyard and park the bicycles under cover in the locked hall. You have a Vival, a mini-market on the square at the bottom of the accommodation for all your purchases, sending and receiving parcels. To note: - CLEANING is not included to be carried out by you or 20€ as an option. - No wifi, the TV must be connected with your mobile. - Terrace is under consideration and not accessible (reconstruction has nine works in progress)
