Welcome to the Lift at Breckenridge!

This 2-bedroom / 3-bathroom condo is located just steps from all the action this great ski town has to offer. All within a 3- to 5-minute walk, you can hit the slopes, stroll down Main Street, or peruse the many shops in Main Street Station and surrounding areas. The kitchen, living areas, and all three bathrooms have been newly renovated in a hotel-like, "mountain-chic" style.

Property Description:

Bedroom 1 features two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a separated toilet and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds, one queen sleeper sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with a separated toilet and spa-like shower. The third bathroom is connected to the living area and has a shower.

Prepare your meals in the beautiful galley kitchen with an oversized granite bar (seats 4) and chef-grade appliances. The living area boasts two queen sleeper sofas* and one twin sleeper sofa, and a writer's desk to catch up on work (if you must) or pen your official Breckenridge postcards. The dining room table is configured for 6 but can seat 8 with the built-in leaf and extra stools provided. Expansive, wall-to-wall windows light up the space, exposing western views overlooking peaks 8, 9, and 10. The 250 square-foot, wraparound terrace is perfect for morning pictures and après-ski.

Feel like staying in? Relax next to a warm fire in the living room while reading a book, playing board games (see pics—many are provided), or catching up on your Netflix subscription**. A smart TV, X1 high-definition cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included. The Columbine recreation facility is steps away and features a heated pool and 4 hot tubs (2 covered and 2 uncovered).

Great location on second floor
Great location, easy walking distance to Main St Breck and the trolley stop. It should be noted that this is a second floor unit that requires climbing 2 flights of stairs. We never located an elevator. My husband was 3 weeks out from knee surgery, so the stairs were not ideal to say the least but everything else was great.

We had a great time! The location was awesome. Right next to the sky lifts. There was a broken dish in the lower cabinet that wasn’t taken out after the last guests but other then that, it was by far the best place we’ve stayed at in Breck.

This spot was pretty good overall. "Steps" to the slopes is in the eye of the beholder, and I'd prefer it were a bit closer. The shower also had a ton of accumulated dust in the vent and we found a long hair in the bathroom upon check in. That vent has definitely not been cleaned in a long, long time. The worst part was having the kitchen ceiling leak on our last night there. It completely derailed our last-day plans and we were given no compensation for the massive inconvenience. Very disappointed in that outcome.

Gorgeous Condo
This condo is in the best location! You are within walking distance to 1 mile from everything. This was our first time in Breckenridge and we were here for a wedding. The owner was timely in answering any questions that we had but the description that he sends to you about everything will sum up all of your questions. The only thing that was unexpected is there is no A/C in the condo...which i did not know was the normal for this area. We ended up buying a box fan and leaving it there for anyone else who might need it. Overall, it was such a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location!
I absolutely loved this condo and the location. Everything was within walking distance and there was plenty of room for 8 of us. I would come back again in a heartbeat and honestly didn’t want to leave. The only (minor) issues I ran in to, through no fault of the owner, parking is very limited and try your hardest to park as close to the left side as possible, otherwise the neighbors to the right will be upset.

Ideal Location to Main Street and Mountain
My family and I had an amazing stay at The Lift! Perfect location to Main Street shopping, dining, coffee, breweries, wine tastings, and Peak 8 Quicksilver Chairlift. You can sign up for ski lessons there and pick up lift tickets and rentals at Christy's Shop all within a 5 minute walking distance from condo! Pros: Location, location, location! 5 minute walk (go left out of driveway and take the shortcut) to Main Street, Ski Rentals, Lift Tickets, Quicksilver Chairlift 3 bathrooms - 2 spacious bedrooms Clean unit! Windows that view the mountains 3min walk (go to end of parking lot to hit mini trail) to hot tubs and heated pool Laundry on premises (accepts credit cards or quarters) Great water pressure in showers ! Nice large spacious kitchen to cook in (if you choose do so) Bars, family friendly restaurants, wine rooms, shops, coffee etc all within a 5-10min walk on Main Street Excellent communication with owner! Responds within minutes to messages Overall we had the best time and would definitely rent this unit again!

Great location. Walk to lift and restaurants easily… no car needed. Rent skis in Marriott(Charter Sports); you can store them at Marriott and pick up in your way to slopes daily. Reserve ski rental online for 30% discount. Property was just as described. Would recommend to others.
