- There is a $50 pet cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this in cash on the counter before you leave.

Great Location/Fair Deal
If you’re looking for a place to go with your family and dog for a reasonable price and a location that’s just a short drive from Breckenridge then this place works! Loved the location/neighborhood!! Surrounded by beautiful trees and a stream close by.
When we arrived, it was apparent that a full cleaning of the home had not occurred. The house otherwise was as described. A few amenities we assumed would be there were not (spatula, hand towels, shampoo/conditioner for the shower, strainer, etc). Given the lack of air conditioning, it would be nice to have a few box fans to make sleeping more comfortable. We also tried to wash some clothes and the machine wouldn’t work properly so we had to wring out our clothes by hand. Still had a great vacation since we were out and about most of the time but likely would find other accommodations next time.
