Cortinas persianas encontrava-se arrancadas no chao. Quarto extremamente claro. Informei na recepção e foi me dito que a persiana estava assim há muito tempo, que outros hospedes haviam reclamado, mas que eu deveria falar diretamente com o proprietário, pois era flat particular, e não da responsabilidade do hotel. Banheiro sem ducha higiênica, não condizente com as fotos mostradas. Pia da cozinha trinca ao meio. Não havia trato, ou talher ou recipiente, em que pese ser flat e ter microondas.

Não escolha flat particular do Saint Paul Plaza
Infelizmente não prestei atenção e fiquei na opção flat partícular. Quarto com mobília velha, com cheiro de mofo, com assento da cadeira solto, ar condicionado claramente precisando fazer limpeza e manutenção pois estalava o tempo todo. Enfim, não deverão ser uma opção para os hóspedes, pois o proprietário do flat (quarto) deveria mate-ló no MESMO padrão do hotel.

Eu fiquei no flat 815, tive um bom custo benefício, mas mas não voltaria, devido a localização do flat na SHS, pois nos arredores tem diversos moradores de rua, principalmente a noite. É bom tomar cuidado! Ouvi falar que existe uma espécie de Cracolandia nas proximidades.

Não recomendo ficar nesse flat particular…
Check in super tarde (15h) e inflexível. Não tinha shampoo no banheiro, sem secador de cabelo, não trocaram as toalhas, o banheiro tava com vazamento no chuveirinho, os travesseiros eram velhos, tomadas fora do padrão (não dava pra usar o notebook pq não tinha como carregar). Recomendo ficarem no hotel mas não nesse flat particular.
