I have had food delivered to the hotel. Like Dash, actually a brazilian app called iFood. They are a 5-star hotel, THAT DIDN’T deliver the food to your room. They do not have message boys. Bell boys. It is an absurd, meanwhile the Minister of Economy having breakfast in the same hotel. Outrageous. How dare can’t they deliver to our door

It gets VERY busy on the weekends with locals visiting and using the kids club, pool and facilities. There were hundreds of people using the swimming pool. It was a bit chaotic and not very relaxing. By the Monday the atmosphere had completely changed and it was much quieter and much more pleasant.

Hotel needs work

Hotel construction made loud sounds and disturbed sleep. Many things needing repair in room such as loose light fixtures and bathroom lamp. Shower door wouldn't close and needed replaced. Door next to ours getting replaced (also disruptive).

Okay hotel to stay. Breakfast was wonderful. However the onsite restaurant was below average for American standards. From my knowledge this is the best hotel in Brasilia, so you have no other option.

Helpful staff

Great breakfast and nice view. The balcony door wouldn’t lock properly and the staff was helpful and sent someone to repair it immediately.
