This charming 3-bedroom condo provides beautiful views overlooking the 13th tee box and fairway of the Ledgestone Golf Course. With the links just steps away, you’re ideally situated to take full advantage of this public course as well as the exciting surrounding attractions of Branson City, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City(approximately 2 miles away)and so much more! With so much to do and see for visitors of any age, your days are sure to be spent outdoors soaking in the sun and fresh air.

The condo is well-equipped with amenities and furnishings to ensure your perfect stay. Open main living space. The spacious living room offers a comfortable reclining sofa and two rocking recliners. Smart TV's throughout. You can stream free apps provided or sign into your own streaming service. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dinner ware. Should you decide to prepare one of your favorite recipes, this kitchen is ready and able!

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between the 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony access, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and jetted tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, twin bunk, and smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanities and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the attached lot. As of January 1, 2026, there will be a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check-in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has unfortunately decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.
- Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon check-in at the Stonebridge Welcome Center. 50 Stonebridge Pkwy, Branson West, MO 65737
- This is a walk-in unit. No stairs for entrance.

We were in branson for silver dollar city Christmas display the location was perfect. The space accomodated all 7 of us comfortably. (4 adults, 3 kids under age 9) we didnt use any of the resort entities, but have said we will stay.here again. The host was very responsive to our questions.

A wonderful place to stay for either golf, Branson entertainment, or just relaxing. Condo was clean and accommodated our family get together. Peaceful setting away from the busy strip area, but short drive to all attractions. Highly recommended!

Unit was clean, but the cleaning people were still there an hour after the check-in time. And we had to wait in our cars until they got done. The unit was nice. Beds were comfy. Nice TVs , but the batteries were dead in the remote so we had to get new one's. Only cons were that there was no extra blankets or pillows. All you have is what was on the beds.

Another Family Vacation in the books!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stonebridge. Everything that was promoted and much more. Roomy enough for all. My youngest grandson was thrilled with the fishing pond. Closeness to SDC and the Ozark Pizza Place was a plus. I can see this property in our future. Having the full-size laundry in the kitchen is definitely a plus!

Beautiful Getaway

Our family enjoyed a few nights stay in this gorgeous home. Close enough to everything but not on top of the hustle and bustle of 76! We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you so much for sharing your space. The enclosed porch was our favorite - especially when it was raining one night and we could hear the rain and feel the fresh air while staying dry. Girls trip

The condo was SO clean, bright, and nicely decorated. If the weather was warmer, we would have spent more time in the awesome enclosed porch. The property is very close to Silver Dollar City which is nice and it is removed from the busy-ness of Branson proper which is also nice. Since there were 3 gals, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, we each had our own space as well as the shared kitchen and livingroom space. That's something we all really liked. Would stay there again!
