You will have no shortage of options for whatever type of activity you’re in the mood for.
For quiet, relaxing moments back at home, the screened-in wraparound balcony allows you to easily stay connected to the outdoor scene. Enjoy an evening cocktail or your morning coffee at the café table with chairs 2 or plan an al fresco meal with a larger group at the dining table for 6. From the patio, enter the spacious living area where you’ll be met by open spaces and cozy corners alike. Vaulted ceilings, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace column, and leather sofas create a welcome space for kicking up your feet after an exciting day exploring the local area. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and a wheelchair-accessible ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
The home also includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between the garages. A parking pass is required with a parking fee of $5 per car per night to be paid upon check-in.
- As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check-in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of 1 pet at or under 35lbs allowed. An additional pet fee of $125 will be applied after the booking is complete. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after them.
- On the day of arrival, all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
- Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- This is a walk-in unit – no steps leading into the home.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
