Staff was nice, great breakfast. The room was in need of updating and repair. Needs more elevators for a hotel that size. Every time we used the elevator, it took a while, especially on the last day. We had everything on a cart and waited over 30 min for one to finally show up that wasn't full of people.

The stay was great. We loved the room other than some the bathroom toilet paper holder being broken and a vent cover hanging off one of the vents. Breakfast buffet was great and the stuff very helpful. One elevator was down and it was very slow getting to the top or bottom floors. Would recommend but may not be for everyone

Well, the room itself was really cool, but it was kind of sketchy. The phones had no buttons, there were no tables for the chair we had in the room, and the bath tub we had was leaking and not up to date. We also were on the 9th floor, and had to go downstairs and get a new room key several times because the key kept not working. Also, the breakfast buffet is NOT worth $13. Just save your money and go to McDonald’s. Other than that, it was okay.

The pool was on the smaller side, cool, shallow and super crowded and as no one under 14 can be in the hot tub it did not allow my grandkids an adequate space to use their energy after a long drive.
