The cottage was perfect for our group of 9. The kids had their own space to hang out in. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was again perfect for everyone!

So much wrong this time. Huge yellow stain on comforter, door to shower fell off and bruised one of us, light fixture broken, tub was dirty, etc., etc. We call the 24x7 line and no one answered. Plus the voice mail box was full. What a mess. When we checked out, there was still no resolution. They did take notes. At a minimum, the cleaning fee should have been credited. Perhaps the whole stay. We have stayed here numerous time and suggested it to many friends. We only had small issues. We will maybe try it one more time. Then…never again. Guest beware!

Several flies in the house, and they try and jam their time shares down your throat as soon as you get there to get a "parking pass". Also u will have to fight for what limited parking there is, so not sure why you even need a parking pass

Stay away! This place is like lipstick on a pig! We were very excited about our family trip to Branson but it started off terribly wrong. We arrived to find hornets in our room, live hornets. We found a few and killed them. Went about our day and came back that evening and found even more, one on the pillow in the bed I was about to put my daughter to bed in! Plus, the house felt very neglected. Very rough around the edges, dirty (hairs and dirt in the bathrooms), dirty coffee cups, etc. The floors were disgusting, my daughter walked around barefoot only to discover her feet were black (she was only inside). LASTLY, after switching houses due to the hornet infestation, we got settled into our new house and my 4 year old daughter found a LOADED GUN next to the bed upstairs! It was insane. We called the concierge and they had someone come remove it but this just goes to show how they missed it upon cleaning and it was right next to the bed! PLUS, the nightstand had some old white tshirts within in. Overall, this place was a joke and not worthy a single penny. Stay very far away and book somewhere else!

Staff was great. I am a bit concerned about the cleanliness, the strong smell of men's cologne in the 1st floor bed wasn't pleasant. Which means the sheets were not clean. I realize there are things that are missed in a quick go through, but the sheets should always be changed. Despite a few minor cleaning issues. It was a pleasant stay, and I would stay again if I'm in the area. Thank you.

The house was amazing with very clean rooms. When we accidentally got locked out after 10 PM someone came right away and helped open the door. Great staff and helped get us tickets for the Christmas Wonderland show.

We have stayed at Stormy Point ever since it first opened up many years ago. We have always had a good experience. The only time that we don't stay at Stormy Point Branson is when they are sold out on the dates we are in town.

This place was so cute and I wanted to love it but too many issues to give a good review. We showed up to a dirty property, toliet stained from previous guest, cobwebs in the shower, crusty blankets. Addressed my issues with the property, was told cleaners would come out again, they didn't. & when I called to address again they said in their system it was marked clean when indeed no one came back to clean. Then to top it all off we had a wasp nest inside our living room, they came to address that and left dead wasps floating around the space. Customer service was terrible no one cared about any of the previous issues. The neighborhood and houses are cute but don't expect to have any issues resolved if you have any.
