Overall, a comfortable and clean place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay and the condo was comfortable. Our nephew took advantage of the pool pass and had it by himself the whole weekend. We were nervous about using the jacuzzi jet in the master about a previous drain comment, but with a fork and some patience - I was able to get it to open and drain. I think some minor attention to details and this would be a 5 Star review. However, we would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere compared to in town Branson.

Prior to the stay, I messaged Evolve about a billing question and never received a response. Since they were my only contact at the time that was annoying. Once I called 5 or 6 days later, I immediately got someone and she answered my questions. When we arrived, we weren't exactly sure which building we were in, as we only had the address and there were 2 buildings which were not marked. Not a huge deal and we found it quickly. Condo is close (a minute or so drive) from several stores like target and Walmart and some restaraunts which are mostly fast food. The first night we got the kids dressed for the pool and got down there only for the gate to be locked. The manager wasn't able to tell me where a key was but said there should be one. Then later said there was not a key. I never figured that part out but it turns out that it seemed to be an issue with the gate locking which shouldn't have happened. That wasn't their fault and it was fixed the next day thankfully, but it seemed unclear about whether or not we could use the pool. There were signs everywhere that said it was only for renters or owners. We obviously rented for the week, but thought that's why we couldn't get in. Someone wrote in the book in the condo that they couldn't use it either so it seems like a common misconception that should be cleared up. On the first night we also had issues with the air not cooling. I got a quick response to text and a technician was out to fix it within a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, the stay was great. There were some minor quirks that seemed to be overlooked maintenance issues (tub drained inconsistently, no stopper in other tub, etc.) But they weren't huge deals to us. I do wish there had been more info about what was provided at the condo (laundry detergent, soaps, etc.) like some properties because we had to bring some stuff we didn't use since we were unsure. Beds were very comfortable also! We would definitely stay again.
