They did not offer any room service or housekeeping until the third day. Ran out of paper products and linens. Trash piled up in small trash cans. No safe in room for valuables. Breakfast bar was awful serving powdered scrambled eggs and same thing each day. Near end of buffet time, nothing was replenished. Folks at front desk busy on their cell phones. Never greeted you and were rude. For the price paid could have stayed at a Super 8 and had better service. Very very disappointed.

The room was clean. The breakfast area is just so crowded that it makes it impossible to enjoy. I would probably say the staff does all it can under crowded conditions. Sometimes we just eat off sight.

The room was comfortable and clean. We didn't realize we had to request housekeeping in order for someone to come in to make beds and replace towels, but staff is accommodating. Breakfast was pretty standard, but quite a few selections are available. Overall, we enjoyed our brief stay.

Awesome experience

This is a great place to stay. Upon checking in, we were greeted with a warm smile. The room was perfect and we took full advantage of the jacuzzi in the room.

Hotel was situated in a steep valley and parking lot was steep. However, a lot of hotels in Branson are that way. I would recommend any potential guest check out "the lay of the land" before booking. Staff was indifferent, housekeeping is non existent unless you ask for it. Our bathroom was very small with barely enough room to turn around. We didn't like the food at the "free" breakfast. Our room was very clean though.

Coffee great. Do not expect biscuits, gravy or bacon. Disappointing. Balcony view not worth the extra money unless you enjoy watching traffic on Rt 76. The flickering street light made it impossible to stay outside.
