The hotel was beautiful. Property was immaculate inside and out and tastefully decorated. Security features was a plus. Downside was distance from parking to tower B; snack area was poorly stocked. Most hotels offer complimentary coffee whereas only coffee available cost around $3.00 from a machine. Others complained as well.

Room was dark,dull and dingy. Curtains not on rod,Balcony was on a roof add on so no view out of it. Carpet wasn’t stretched and had lumps and bumps as did hallways.Just terrible for the 400$ I paid for it. Cost 15$ to park my car etc etc.Will never use Experia again!

Highly recommend. So much to do around the area! Just returned from our annual Mother / Daughter Christmas trip.. loved the tree, the fountain and or course the shopping center. Beautiful area!! If you are planning a trip to Branson, stay here!!!!

Didn't like having to go to 3 different buildings for different services. Packing one with check in another building to get to room and across the street for breakfast which is not free and over priced. The restaurant and bar were pretty unfriendly .

The facilities and views were amazing. Walking out onto the landing was great. The staff I worked with to check in was not kind or willing to help. He treated me like I did not belong there. Everything was great except the carpet was a bit weird and the tub drain did not work. The check out staff was amazing!
