Check in was easy and the staff very nice! Check out was even easier, done with a call. They are upgrading the property and doing an excellent job. Every employee we came into contact with greeted us and asked how our stay was going, did we need anything. This keeps us coming back.

Our bathroom was dirty built up dirt in corners, hair on the floor (not one or two missed one's multiple all over near the tub). the ac was set at 71 and we couldnt get the temp above 64 (was 62 at first).we had to turn the heat on and the smell was so bad we couldnt leave it on (probably due to being first time turned on in months). our toilet did not flush well and backed up way too easily. We had to call maintence for this.(he was very kind and quick but did plunge a toilet and then carried the plunger dripping uncovered back throughout the room and out w him) eventually just flushed in the middle of finishing up and then flushing a 2nd time to avoid it from backing up. from what ive been told they are remodeling so hopefully will improve. The room overall seemed clean, bed was comfy pull out couch mattress was clean and decent, other than bathroom seemed clean. Walls are very thin. The pool was huge and had 2 hot tubs we really enjoyed this and the play area for kids, theyre building an outdoor pool area too which will be nice. Be prepared upon check in they will give you your room keys then send you to "concierge" to get a parking pass which is ultimately a gimmick to get you to go to a timeshare pitch for some free stuff. Overall the price paid for the few days we stayed was ok since we were out most of the time.

Everything you could possibly want for business or vacation travel, family adventures, you name it. Actually, so MUCH more than that EVEN. It's not JUST that the staff makes your stay so comfortable, it's ALSO, that the accomodations themselves are nothing short of perfect, EVERY UNIT, EVERY TIME. And greedy, so affordable. Capital Vacations and their Resorts are shear perfection, no matter where you go. I recommend them to everyone, even on my own websites for the charities. Charlie.

This place sucked for us..
When we got there, off the road for 6 hours, i got badgered by a kid to sign up for a tour of condos they have for sale. I said no, he then went on trying to sell me on future stays. He wouldnt take no for answer. I hate that. Anyway, our room ac was stuck on. And the heater only randomly worked. We didnt find this out until Saturday night at 8pm when everyone was closed down. There was a greasy butt print on our top sheet. And then we were put my the housecleaning room and they woke us up beating on the window. Ive had better stays at cheaper places. We wont be back there.

The only thing that i can say is they need thicker walls. We could hear the people next to us as if they were in our room. We also use the hot tub in our room and after using it it would turn itself on after about 20 mins after turning it off. Other than that it was very nice and clean.

Brason really has alot to offer whether it's food, shows, shopping, hotels and more. It's a nice little getaway for the entire family. Our room was spacious,clean and nice. Love the view of the golf course and city from the balcony! Will absolutely come back.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed it. The only issue we had was the wifi connection and 4G access. We could not get the wifi to work and our phone's 4G also wouldn't work while on the property. We tried in our room, in the parking lot, and at the pool. It never worked. We had to drive off campus to get service. We had signal, just no service. Weird, I know. Other guests that we spoke with had no issues, though. The TVs in the room also had issues loading the shows. Very strange. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We were scheduled to stay in a different hotel on July 3rd, but when we arrived at that property their elevator didn't work and the air conditioning was out. After driving 9 hours and with it being a holiday weekend we knew we were in trouble. We found a room with a fold out couch for our 2 teen boys at Grande Crowne Resort online, booked it and drove over. The person at the front desk informed us that he didn't know why the website let us book because there was nothing available. A manager came over, offered to upgrade us to an available penthouse, asked for time to get it cleaned, and sent us off to get dinner. We returned to get our key and ended up not in a penthouse, but in the original room we booked which we were happy with. I went to the office the next morning and talked to Ashly about our predicament asking if, once the holiday crowd cleared out, we might be able to pay for a second adjoining room so our boys could have a bed to sleep in for the other 7 days we were staying. She and the manager, Tabitha, went above and beyond to get us 2 adjoining rooms and made sure our stay was top notch. Highly recommend this property for its customer service.
