Avoid the strip traffic with the comforts of home on Mt. Branson

This two-bedroom, two bath condo sports new flooring, an updated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, free wifi (fast) and 3 SMART-TVs. It is a parking lot away from the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and the Activity Center. Holiday Hills is located a few miles from historic downtown Branson without the traffic of the strip and across the highway from a nice grocery store.
Come downstairs and be welcomed by new flooring and paint. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies to cook your favorite meals and a large table where you can enjoy them. If you'd rather, bring your food back and spread out. The living room displays a great view of the sunrise, the golf course and often wildlife. You can also watch a large screen SMART-TV with cable or your own streaming apps to chill out after a busy day in Branson. Keep yourself comfortable with the heat/air system recently installed. Head outside to the patio for a better view of the golfers on the green. To the right are the catch-and-release fishing ponds; don’t forget to bring your fishing rod and bait. If you want to wear your lucky fishing shirt again, laundry facilities are in the unit with soap right there.
Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with a SMART-TV, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The king room has a very large bathroom with a double vanity and separate toilet/huge shower. The queen room has a tub/shower combo and vanity. There is a comfortable queen-sofa bed in the living room, it is perfect for the kids. Everyone can get a comfortable, restful night's sleep.
Holiday Hills includes great amenities: multiple outdoor pools in the summer, a tennis court, a basketball court, an 18-hole golf course/pro shop/restaurant, and the Activities Center (game room, snacks, theater space, and a fitness center)! There is no access to the indoor pool.
Another great thing about this condo is its location. It is very close to downtown Branson, and you don’t fight traffic to get there. Like the rest of the downtown, Branson Landing is full of great shopping, activities, and restaurants (many with outdoor eating and a view of Lake Taneycomo). You can also easily access the red, yellow, and blue routes to avoid the traffic of the strip when you are driving to other Branson shows, restaurants, and attractions. Silver Dollar City is an easy drive, and so is driving to the Dam and Dewey Short Visitor Center where is a wide, paved walking path all of the way to the marina). The property is located close to Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, and Bull Shoals (K Dock)! It is also minutes away from Camp Kanakuk and College of the Ozarks.
