The hotel was over run by northern evacuees, they were loud, messy, drunk, kids on the pool balcony naked, kids swimming in underwear, they shut the water slide down, no parents supervising their kids in the pool which lead them to shutting down the water slide so my kids couldn’t even use it. Didn’t feel safe walking in the hallway or parking lot!

We were in a room around the pool and the floor was not secured with a key card as other floors were. I recognize the hotel was doing what it could with extra security but i did feel unsafe alone in the hallways several times throughout our stay. There was alot if noise late at night. The area of the hotel we were in was not renovated and was quite dated but was clean. The staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurant had good food.

The bed was comfortable Didn’t like that my room faced the noisy indoor pool area and it stays open to 10:30pm, tried asking for a room not facing the indoor pool are but was told they were fully booked, stayed there 3 nights.

A good solid stay every time. We’ve been coming to this hotel since the late 70’s and they’ve done a great job keeping it up and renovating and refreshing. The one issue we had this time that we’ve never had before is the fresh air intake into our room seemed to be getting a backdraft from the kitchens hood vent on the roof. So we could smell kitchen exhaust hood odours in our room.

Our room was very nice and spacious for our family of 5. Nice and clean. The front end was very busy and they were able to help us when needed.

Just finished our two night stay at this hotel and honestly next time I’m going somewhere else. The water slide was broken for both nights we were there and our last night the pool was closed because of a maintenance issue. I also think it’s silly that i paid $230 a night and there’s not even a small Continental breakfast, instead we had to pay 60 dollars for breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
