Two story home with backyard. Home has a total of 7 beds (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 twins, and 2 twin sofa beds). First floor has an open floorplan with a living room, large fully loaded kitchen, and ½ bath. Sliding door from the living room leads to the entertainment backyard. Second floor features a large master bedroom with a CA King bed, Twin Sofa-Bed, TV and a full bath. Second bedroom has a Queen bed. Third bedroom has a Twin/Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle. Game Room features Twin Sofa-Bed, Shuffleboard, Dart Board, Games, Smart TV, X-box and patio door that leads to a backyard deck with lounge chairs and gas fire-pit. There is also a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.

Oak Shores Community:
Guests: House sleeps 14 guests. HOA allows up to 8 Adults (16+). The rest of the guest can be under 16 years of age.
Vehicles: Only 2 cars allowed on property, additional cars $15/day per vehicle. Speed limit is 25 MPH inside the community.
Water vessels: Per Oak Shores HOA rules and regulations, front gate form must be filled out 24 hours prior to your check in day with ‘CF’ number for all water vessels ($25/day); if not received timely, late fees will apply ($300 fine+ $50 for boat) please contact property manager to fill one form. ***IF YOU ARE BRINGING A WATERCRAFT IT MUST BE CLEAN, DRAINED AND DRY AND NOT HAVE BEEN IN A MUSSEL INFECTED BODY OF WATER 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL***
