Hotel was fine. Room was clean enough, carpet could stand to be replaced, but all else was fine. The pool with the waterslide is fun albeit small. The continental breakfast is small as well but was ok.
Had I spent a little more time checking on this I would've discovered the homeless encampment that spans two sides of this hotel. Run down, hoarder style RV's line the streets, ragged tents set up here and there, random groups of people just sitting on the curb across the street, people laying in the junk in their vehicles. Not the hotel's problem per se, but also worth noting if you're staying here. All that said, we stayed one night and aside from the concern if we might have any issues, all was good.
