All of the rooms are suites. We had a full size fridge, microwave and a two top burner stove. The place isnt new but its nice and well kept. There is an ironing board and iron and hair dryer. No usb ports in room. There is a gym and nice outside courtyard with pool and a business room with a couple of computers. The lobby/social area for the great breakfast and dinner bar in the evenings is very welcoming. Ill stay here again.

Front office, Food & Beverage and Maintenance were very kind and accommodating. There was a issue with our room requiring us to be moved to another, which they accommodated immediately. The daily breakfast and evening socials were a wonderful amenity. However, the couches in these units are in extremely bad shape. The first one smelled of urine and was broken and torn. The next unit couch was also badly in need of replacement. Housekeeping needs better training. Not only were the couches an issue (should be steamed as this is a pet friendly property, but we found a suitcase from another guest behind a curtain that was left behind, as well as floors that were dirty and clearly not being mopped properly. I did provide the feedback to the front office to assist them with their operations, which they very kindly noted. They need to replace the couches, stat! Otherwise, it was a very nice property with very accommodating staff.

This extended-stay in Bowling Green is safe. We’ve used it reliably while visiting our student at WKU. It’s nice to have a small kitchen space even if it’s just to heat up leftovers. There is a pool outside but we’ve never used. It seems like more of the long term crowd using it.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times so far while visiting my child at WKU. The drive to campus is easy. The first two times at the hotel, I was on the 2nd floor and in one of the wings (hotel U shaped). The third visit, I was on first floor in the front part of the building. Not sure if the front of the building is the original part and the wings newer, but the first floor front room seemed much older and dingier than the other rooms. The rooms are clean and roomy. Bed is comfortable and it is nice to have the kitchenette/living area. Each visit, I could hear the people above me pounding around all hours of the night which is just unlucky, but the rooms are not very sound proof. If facing the front of the building, you can definitely hear the main road and parking lot noises. The breakfast buffet and complimentary “happy hour” snacks (I think just on M,T,W) are both pretty good when it comes to those perks. There is a sitting area and tv near the lobby if you need to get out of your room for a while. There is a Walgreens right next door if you need toiletries, snacks, etc. Otherwise the area is not very walkable. All in all, this is a clean comfortable option for visiting students at WKU
