This apartment in #AltruisticRental is located on the ground floor of La Espata residence, overlooking Collarada and a private garden of the residence, ideal for family gatherings, picnics, and games. The apartment does not have central heating and faces north, towards the coolness of the mountains. It does not have Wi-Fi. It only has a wood stove and electric heaters. The power is limited to 2300W. It's not ideal for those who are sensitive to cold or have minimal clothing. The garden area is enclosed, so children can be easily supervised (even from the apartment). The residence has a private tennis court, and there is also a paddle court, a swimming pool, and a sports center in the village. Professional cleaning is mandatory. We allow the customer to choose, although we recommend one that does an excellent job for only twenty-five euros (payment is made directly at the key collection during check-out).

It's important to note that our apartment is MODEST, not modern. Therefore, it's normal that you won't find certain luxuries (such as central heating or Wi-Fi) and there are elements that are very basic (like the sofa), old (like the washing machine, which still works after many washes), or even appear to be functioning poorly (like the kitchen or shower faucet, which move but work well). As indicated in this listing, it is an ideal apartment for lovers of authenticity, outdoor activities, and the mountains who are looking for a hospitable place to sleep. Buen alojamiento
La descripción del alojamiento coincide a la perfección. Hay que decir que pasamos menos frio del esperado, gracias a la chimenea y que llevábamos bastante leña, para la estancia. La única pega, que ya nos advertía la guía, era que no hay extractor y la cocina se llena de humo al cocinar, es un poco problema ya que hay q abrir las ventas y se escapa el calor. Pero bueno, en general el alojamiento esta bien, no nos podemod quejar.

Cumple sobradamente las expectativas de quien se plantea un sitio tranquilo, en plena naturaleza, con un clima excelente, y desde donde poder realizar excursiones a pie o en vehículo para visitar los pueblos de la comarca y el entorno natural . Apartamento básico pero completo, tal y como se describe en el anuncio, con los elementos y utensilios necesarios para pasar varios días sin echar en falta casi nada. Capacidad para cuatro adultos cómodamente y sin apreturas (en una sola habitación); aunque pueden alojarse hasta siete (utilizando el sofá cama del salón). Zona perfecta para cualquier época del año y con suficientes servicios de avituallamiento; pero también muy cerca de la ciudad de Jaca (15 km) para cualquier otra necesidad, por específica que sea. Quien tenga exigencias mayores o más específicas de confort o comodidad deberá considerar otro tipo de alojamiento seguramente más costoso. La interacción con el propietario es constante e inmediata, disponible para cualquier eventualidad que surja. La información sobre la llegada, acceso y la estancia, así como sobre el funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos y otros enseres del apartamento, está disponible en una práctica guía en formato papel y en formato digital, donde se responde a todas las dudas o interrogantes que surjan en la utilización de la casa. Por otro lado, merece especial consideración la finalidad principal a que se destinan los beneficios del alquiler (obras sociales y de beneficencia); y solo por esto ya debería prevalecer la elección de alquilarlo frente a cualquier otra opción, a menos que no se ajuste a las necesidades de espacio que se requieran.
