It has a 75" television with seating for 4, new queen size bed with all the necessary bedding, dinette seating for 2 and an outdoor patio set. Included in your rent payment are the electric bills, water, trash, Dish cable TV, Wi-Fi, and free underground parking. You will have full access to the pool, spa and workout gym. There are no other charges or fees unless rules or items are broken during your stay.
