In the splendid setting of the hills of the Alto Monferrato, surrounded by greenery and in the countryside of the fine Dolcetto, Brachetto and Moscato DOC wine, you will find '' Villa Cocco ''. Totally independent, the villa will welcome you in the total privacy of its park of almost 4.000m2 and the magnificent private swimming pool. Guests will have access to the whole villa and its facilities and will be the only occupants of the property.

Built in 1995 by an American project, the villa has been completely renovated and re-furnished in 2019, becoming the ideal scenario for a holiday in complete immersion in the greenery. The 400m2 villa has been renovated respecting the architect's original idea of combining the modern structure with the charm of the materials used over the centuries in the Langhe-Monferrato area such as hand-split stone, brick and ancient tiles. the doors dating back to the early 19th century.
'Villa Cocco' 'is a delightful family home with all the warmth that this entails. Renovated with love in the style furnishings and keeping the original atmosphere unchanged, the guest can relax in his comfort and relax to spend quality time with loved ones or friends.
Although the villa is located a few minutes from the main services offered in the nearby town of Acqui Terme. You will feel far from the chaos of the city and no neighbor will disturb the peace and quiet of your stay.
Going up the driveway, the guest will be welcomed in the park of the villa with its shady trees and the bushes of roses and fragrant essences. The swimming pool area and the gazebo with a large round bed are located in the north side of the park near the courtyard where you will find the entrance to the covered garage for 2 cars and a further outdoor area for 2 more cars.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a maximum total of 10 guests + possible cots for the little ones. Equipped with every comfort, the villa is equipped with an outdoor gas barbeque and a large patio where you will find a large table, a lounge and a TV to spend your evenings in total privacy and relaxation outdoors. Other relaxation areas with hammock, or lounges and beds are located in other areas of the park to better enjoy the well-kept garden and the view of the surrounding hills.
The interiors are developed starting from the large hexagonal hall almost 5 meters high. At its center the fireplace surrounded by sofas and the TV, the reading area and an additional dining table. To the east the sleeping area on 2 levels where there is a large bathroom with tub and shower and the 3 bedrooms. To the west, the built-in kitchen equipped with everything necessary and the service area with a 2nd bathroom with shower and access to the garage. In the annex, an additional double bedroom with bathroom and the tavern in the basement. The sleeping areas are all equipped with air conditioning and the entire building, including the swimming pool area, and with free WIFI coverage.
Villa Cocco is located in the municipality of Melazzo (AL) at about 250m s. l.m, just 2.5 km from the beautiful spa town of Acqui terme and about 20 minutes by car from the Langhe area, awarded by UNESCO for the renowned areas of Barolo and Barbaresco wine and white truffle. About 1 hour and a half drive from the main airports (Turin, Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa), the property is also very convenient for day-trips in Liguria. Portofino, Camogli and the 5 Terre are only a little over 1 hour away by car; or if you prefer shopping, the OutLet McArthurGlen in Serravalle Scrivia, one of the largest in Europe, is only 40 minutes away.
