I liked everything. The room was clean and quiet. There were plenty of clean linens. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was delicious. Everything in the room worked; the refrigerator was cold, the TV worked and offered many channels, the bed was comfy, the A/C worked very well, even the light bulbs were adequate for reading. Thank you.

This is our second time staying here, we like it because its clean, theres alot great dining options within walking distance. Never have any issues and rarely chat with the staff. Breakfast is nice too. Its afordable if youre looking for a place to just have a room, were always out and about while in CO anyway.

First floor rooms closed off for renovation, but (my) available rooms are dated with musty smelling, dirty carpet and stale cigarette smoke (although it’s a non smoking property) The bathroom was very small and dark with rust around door frame and black dirty grout on floor. Bed sheets were pilly, tattered and even a few small holes. Pro- air conditioning was strong and room stayed cool throughout stay. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean, smelled neutral and everything worked fine. The linens appeared well used but smelled very clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. breakfast was a little late on sunday but we did enjoy a meal each morning. I would recommend leaving some butter out to warm up as it was cold and would not melt on my waffle, lol. Half of the hotel seemed to be under reconstruction or remodeling. I hope they update the rest of the rooms as well.

If a clean room, free of other’s hair and grime is important to you, pick another hotel. Luckily, shopping was within a five minute drive so I purchased antibacterial cleaner and wipes. We cleaned the bathroom, remote, tables and door knobs, the wipes were black! They only clean stay overs every 3 days so we needed to take out our own garbage and get towels from the front desk. The front desk person was nice.
