Our home has two family rooms with cable access to over 100 regular & premium channels such as HBO, Showtime, Netflix, & Prime. Also available, DVR recorder so you don't have to miss that special TV show or the big game while out on the trail.
If you are a music lover, you will enjoy music throughout the house via the Sonos Stereo system. Featuring Spottily, Pandora, Prime Music & Sirius music platforms. Wi-Fi internet with access up to 1 gig (1gig at access point).
If you decide to spend a night or two just relaxing at home the lower-level game room features an 8ft pool table along with another family room with a 50" TV surround system. If you are not into watching television, our home offers several unique little hideaways., along with the main living room, and study that offer quiet areas to read and relax.
What many of our guest enjoy the most are the outdoor living areas. Relax and join in friendly conversation beneath our magnificent seventy-foot silver maple tree while taking in the views of Boulder Flatirons or enjoy the solitude of sitting by the outdoor fountain with the flowing water well having your morning coffee. The property is enclosed by a five-foot stucco wall along with several older trees creating a warm and private environment. Summer days are usually in the low to mid 80’s with the evenings dropping down into the upper 60’s. With very little humidity and hardly any mosquitoes you will be allow you to sit outside all evening without worrying of getting eaten alive.
The house has four very generous, adult size bedrooms. Each bedroom has access to either a full or half bath. If needed the study has a very comfortable sofa bed (bedroom #5). All mattresses are of excellent quality to ensure a relaxing & restfully night’s sleep.
The recently remodeled master bath will make coming back home a treat. After a long day strolling Pearl Street Mall or hiking one of Boulder's many trails enjoy a nice soothing bath in the beautiful freestanding soak-er-tub.
Boulder offers many exquisite restaurants, however if you decide to cook at home the kitchen features a GE Café gas oven with six burner cook top stove. Fixing meals will be a breeze. Do not worry about picking up spices or miscellaneous condiments, the kitchen is well stocked.

Our home is centrally located just below Chautauqua Park in one of Boulder's oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods. The area is ideal for family & friends in town for weddings, reunions or a just a weekend getaway.
Please note the City of Boulder does not allow events or various venues at short term rentals. Events such as weddings, receptions, banquets, or in general Parties consisting of more than twelve (12) persons are not allow. This is not a party house and we reserve the right to rent only to persons, groups or families with children, ages thirty-five (35) years or older.
