We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Copley. We got an amazing deal combining 4 nights and five round trip tickets. The hotel staff were all amazing. We used the weightroom and enjoyed the Bar10 and coffee shop. We look forward to visiting again soon.

The Good: the staff are well-trained, professional, accommodating, and very friendly. The mattress was comfortable but I was disappointed that the linens were not the Westin quality I was used to. Just ordinary. The room was clean. The Not So Good: the rooms are tired. Mismatched lamps, charging outlets only on one side of the bed, a tear in the table chair and no microwave. There is a very cheap coffee maker and a mini-fridge in need of defrosting. They are hidden in a dresser. Check-in staff need to inform guests of this at check-in. A serviceable hotel in a prime location but way too expensive given the lack of quality.
