Overall this property was a nice change to the typical hotel experience. However, there was left on the floor in the bedroom and the air was very weak. It was a hot day and there was limited air in the room. It was very convenient to receive instructions on how to enter the room without staff.

Cute small motel. Refurbished and nicely appointed. Comfy bed and linens. Check in is literally 4pm. So plan accordingly. We landed in a basement level room.. next time will request 2ndfloor. Parking great and load’s restaurants nearby

Great atmosphere! Ouch for beds.
The room was amazing! Well maintained and kept in good condition. Was like an apartment away from home! My only gripes were that unfortunately the bed was hard as a stone slab. Sheets were super comfortable! Just wish the bed was more bearable. We also couldnt figure out how to turn off the lights on the A/C which basically lit up the entire bed area. I do recommend a stay here as its pricing and distance from Salem/Boston is great. Just know your back might hurt a little.

Based on other reviews I was nervous about being assigned a basement room, but it was absolutely lovely! Super convenient location, near Starbucks, groceries and restaurants Online check-in was a breeze Absolutely recommend and will for sure book again!

They text you a code to check in. No one around. The code did not work. We tried 20 times and worked one time by chance and we were able to get in luckily. Otherwise I don’t know what we would have done. I called them and no one answered

Terrifically equipped for longer self stays and more than I needed for my 1 overnight due to a cancelled flights out of BOS. I got out of the airport area to avoid the exorbitant hotel costs in the city. Great kitchen and comfortable bed. Good sized unit. All check in is handled online -- no check in on site.

Expecting a modern, well-maintained hotel as depicted in their online photos. Unfortunately, it was clearly a motel, and this misleading information set unrealistic expectations for my stay. Despite being a non-smoking establishment, my room reeked of cigarette smoke and had a pervasive musty smell, making the stay very uncomfortable. The carpet was filthy, and the throw pillows were dirty and smelly, looking like they hadn’t been washed or replaced in years. The vent next to the bathroom sink was covered in a thick layer of dust, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. The overall condition of the room was poor, with subpar cleanliness and unacceptable air quality due to the strong odors. There is no staff on-site, so you have to text them for assistance. When I texted about the awful smell, I received a response after 15 minutes: “I am so sorry to hear that. I am looking into the situation now and will get right back to you.” As we had been driving all day and were starving, I responded that we were heading out to eat and would deal with it when we returned. They never responded to that message. Upon returning from dinner, we struggled to fall asleep due to the thin walls. We could hear conversations from all neighboring rooms, including those above us, and any movement they made was very loud. Overall, was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and clean accommodation.
