Staff is very kind, breakfast was yummy, there’s a pool and hot tub, our room was great and it’s extremely easy to get to! Bed was very comfy! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is they were doing construction to the front of the hotel so we had to use an alternate entrance and had to cut the water off from 1130-430 the first 2 days we were there and we weren’t notified this would be going on until we checked in. After driving 15 hrs all I wanted to do was shower. However, that issue aside everything else was great! I would stay there again!

The pool and hot tub was not working. It was broken our entire stay, a lot of construction going on nonstop, noise due to construction outside and on top of the roof The front lobby door was closed for construction The only trip that made it better was the staff and Daniel from food services

$3.87 for parking a day which is ridiculous when the rooms are not that cheap. It is not a shared parking lot so they are just trying to get more money. There is currently construction going on that I was not aware of. Pool was not open. While the location is close to Salem, it is not convenient to get to.

The first room we got was so bad we requested to be moved. Both rooms had questionable plumbing but at least the second room was larger with better beds. The hotel is under construction as well which we didn't know about. The location is close enough to Salem and Boston and the staff is friendly.

Our bathroom was not cleaned at all such as bottles from the last person that stayed there, the bathtub didn't drain, sinks didn't drian. No shampoo or conditioner or body soap in the shower containers. They waited until somebody slipped and fell and hurt themselves to put rugs down during it pouring down rain.
