Airport shuttle was not available after 10 PM when we arrived, so we had to catch an Uber. Also when we left, despite the fact that we reserved the shuttle for the morning, the shuttle driver didn't show up that morning, so the hotel receptionist called a taxi for us and said they would reimburse the taxi cost of $21. But they never did! After arriving home, we called the hotel back to try to claim that $21 credit, nobody even picked up the phone, so we gave up. The hotel was also next to a very busy highway, which means if you have a room on the front, you can't sleep due to constant road noise! We couldn't sleep for 4 nights with road noise. When we finally got a room at the back the road noise was no longer a problem, but the bed was broken. Also the hotel has no escalator, which means you have to lug your luggage up and down stairs yourself. Coffee/tea is only available in the lobby for a few hours in the morning (when we were out), so it's not really useful. All in all, we had a really bad time at this hotel, which spoiled our Boston vacation. We will never come back here.
