The room and general area are as pictured. All fresh and in working order. One note the fireplace is older but still throws off some intense heat. It is operated by a mechanical timer which can be finicky, crank it right then left then right and it was fine. Also I think it has a temp sensor because it will turn off even though the timer is still running and then come back on. The on site restaurant is delicious. Our rooms heat & a/c worked perfectly. Lots of available outlets and USB ports. The mattress is on the firm side and bedding is plush. We liked the push button shower, she especially liked the great lighting in the bathroom. The staff all around were excellent, upbeat, friendly, & interactive. For breakfast we wandered a brief 3 minutes down the road to a place called toast. Very simple but amazing food, large portions and wonderful waitress.

Room was clean enough. It rained alot and our ceiling in the bathroom started falling in so we had to move rooms. The process was not smooth and moved us to a smaller room with less of a view. Bright spot, they did credit us back some money for our troubles so they made it as right as they could

Dirty room and bathroom. The counters were not wiped in the bathroom and neither were the shower walls. My sheets looked dirty with stains. The remote was sticky. The fridge had hair in it. Coffee maker was not washed. Even the hallways had a pile of dirty laundry at 5am when I went for coffee and it was from multiple rooms. I felt mislead by the name resort and the entrance looking appealing but it was far from nice
