Nice 4 star hotel, great location. Rooms aren’t luxurious but very clean and comfortable and the beds are really comfortable. Pillows are a little thin. Berkeley street is noisy at night so higher floors are better.

Great hotel!
All of the staff were incredibly friendly. The room service was quickly delivered, and the food was good. The location is convenient to places you want to visit within the city. The room was well designed. There were adequate mirrors, plugs, seating. I would stay here again.

Overall it’s a good experience staying at this hotel but confused about its management style which in the beginning I like a lot as a boutique hotel with minimum disturbing their guests. But after 3 day stay my daughter and I feel shocked that the valet guy is completely not friendly with unpleasant face expression towards guests. He didn’t even offer help to load our legates to the trunk of my car. I seriously think that valet guy is completely ruin reputation of hotel aka because he functions as face of the hotel. I will say the management group fails their job by hiring wrong people to deal directly with guests.

This is our favorite hotel in Boston. Close to everything including a 5 min walk from Amtrak. It was recently remodeled and so is more expensive than it used to be. They have a wonderful restaurant with outdoor dining, the valets are super helpful and friendly, and they are 3 blocks from the Public Garden and Boston Common. Not to mention 3 blocks from the fun of Newbury St. Need I say more?!

It would’ve been nice to know that the property was not fully constructed. I was also disappointed to spend almost $70 a day for valet parking and it took them over 40 minutes to retrieve my car.
