The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Every day the hotel provided a nice and substantial breakfast with great scrambled eggs and waffles. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Everything was in good working order, although the water in the sink sometimes drained slowly. The only odd thing was that the windows could not be opened for some reason (maybe as a security precaution). I actually never inquired about this.

The staffs are super nice, location is great, next to outlet, restaurans and stores. Free parking which is amazing. If you want to take subway, it is only 10 mins walk. The room and hotel need updated, there is some wierd smell but if you only sleep and spend you day outside like us, the price is great!

This location was fine for one night in Boston before going to the airport. It was hard to get there from downtown Boston via the highway. The hotel room itself was not very clean. There were stains on the walls and carpet.

Found a roach in our room. We were getting ready for bed, my young daughter sat up to get a sip of her water and freaked out. We searched everywhere and found the roach. Service desk was able to move us to a different room but we had a hard time falling back asleep after that. When looking for this bug, we found old chips that could have easily been picked up by room service. Hair clips. A vape. Again this is one room! I couldn’t imagine what the other rooms look like. Breakfast was very limited. 20 people waiting to make a waffle. Positive note, the shops nearby were nice and it’s close by the aquarium and Quincy. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

Expedia description doped me. The hotel is basic. The follow hotel guests were a motley of suspects. Had numerous circumstances where felt unsafe (someone tried to get into our room about 2am, rowdy crowd, domestic screaming match). The service staff were super rude during breakfast time, taking food away right at 9M when we have been waiting for 25 minutes for the waffle line. And while its near assembly square, the streets are not well lit and had to use uber to get to hotel. Awful experience!

Good value for money and location.
Great staff, they helped with my requests before and during my stay. I also witnessed the woman at the front desk go way above duty to help a family checking in late night be comfortable. The hotel itself is dated but clean. The breakfast is good, but the dining area is very small. No microwaves in rooms, only in the lobby. For the price, it’s a nice room, close to downtown, with free parking. Highly recommended.
