My LaQuinta experience provided good value for overnight stay. The room was clean and relatively spare. The front clerk was friendly and helpful. And the airport shuttle left promptly at the top of the hour. The only surprise was the $10 fee added for parking in their open parking lot.

At first it looks like the hotel is in some industrial non-neighborhood space. BUT.... cross the street and go around the corner and you are in a vibrant shopping/restaurant/ movie theater area called Assembly Square. It's just that the hotel is on the loading dock side for a row of stores, including Trader Joe's and T J Maxx/Homegoods. It is La Quinta, so it is basic. Front desk staff was wonderful, especially Eddie who went above and beyond to solve an AC problem. The only complaint is the "fitness center" - 2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals that were both out of service, and a universal. No free weights, no floor space to work out. The hotel is clean and basic.

Great Value for a Very Expensive Area

This hotel's location is very convenient and affordable, if you can say that about any hotel these days. It is in walking distance of an amazing shopping and dining area. For business travel to Boston, the T station is a doable walk from the hotel. There is no need to rush as the Orange Line has a train arriving every 4 or 5 minutes. While the hotel is pretty outdated and shows the wear and tear, the rooms are clean. The kitchen staff keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. But the best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful.

Airport shuttle included is a little deceiving. I called and was on hold for about 10 min. When I got someone it was 8:10pm. I ask for the shuttle and was told the next one would be at 9 and it would take 20 min to get there, so about 1/5 hours to get a shuttle. I took public transportation that took an hour to get there. I would have picked a different hotel had I known. It was the same in the morning, but I could plan for that. I had to leave too early for the breakfast, so can't speak to that. When I arrived the person that checked me in was very nice and helpful. The place is run down and needs updating.

Airport shuttle was great, bed was so soft and comfy, room was clean, the breakfast was amazing. There was so many choices. The best I’ve had in a long time Eddie at the front desk was really helpful.
