Room smells like smoke. I don’t smoke and unable to sleep. Told them I have children's with me. I was requested for different room and said they don’t have available room which has two queens size bed. They should change the carpet for the room and hallway. It was a nightmare for me.

Friendly staff. Sketchy neighborhood. All cardio machines in gym broken except one. Nice that they have an airport shuttle that leaves on the hour. Remember to reserve your spot the day before.

Had checked in online but wanted to make sure everything was buttoned up...the person at the front desk was very nice and took my name and within a minute i had my key cards and was on my way to my room...room was nice and spacious and had the two beds i wanted...overall nice painless experience at a decent price...

It is an older property and lots of construction nearby but very clean and easy walk to great shops and restaurants. Subway within walking distance and 10 minute ride into Boston. Really great location.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Every day the hotel provided a nice and substantial breakfast with great scrambled eggs and waffles. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Everything was in good working order, although the water in the sink sometimes drained slowly. The only odd thing was that the windows could not be opened for some reason (maybe as a security precaution). I actually never inquired about this.
