At the entrance, we were treated indifferently. The room was comfortable, but not the bathroom area. The door locks didn't work. We requested a crib, which left a lot to be desired, nothing cozy, and the television, let's not even mention it.

We stayed here for slightly over a week in October, 2025. The hotel is located not close to dinning. Some of the front desk staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I had made a slight change in my booking through Expedia by moving the date by one day. I did not realize that Expedia made it two separate bookings. After the first night, I was virtually kicked out of the room when I thought I had the booking for 9 nights. The front desk staff instead of seeking a solution to the misunderstanding was adamant that I had only a booking for one night and I needed to leave the room or contact Expedia. Things were almost getting out of hand until I found the reservation on Hilton Honors App and showed the staff that I was allowed to continue to stay. As an Hilton Honor Gold member, I thought that the staff should have been more friendly in attending to me and also make effort to check if there was any other reservation in my name in their system but she just wanted to kick me out of the room. Also, it was difficult to get someone to clean the room. They claim that the rooms are not cleaned everyday but they would not share the cleaning schedule with us and at some point, we ran out of tissue paper and clean towel. Over all, it was my worst Homewood stay and I would definitely not be booking this hotel again.

I feel at that point perhaps a small refund would have been greatly appreciated considering, my evening was constant watching the kids didn’t go near the filth!!

Super disappointing how dirty our room was with stains on the carpet, lifted rugs, torn couch and stains on the mattress cover in the couch mattress! Broken cabinet and staff that couldn’t even deliver us the xtra blankets they said they bring because they didn’t even have clean mattress covers to give us for the dirty and stained one that was on! Chairs need a good wash and the bathroom toilet would shake and the wall paper was lifting! Beyond disappointing

Nice and Comfy

The room was nice. I love having a king bed and a room with a door plus a kitchen. The pet fee is high, but we decided it was worth it for a better hotel. We weren't able to figure out how to change the input on the TV so that we could watch a movie together the first night; the lady at the front desk didn't know either. She just said we couldn't. We checked with someone else the next day too though, and he was able to tell us to just press the function key at the bottom of the remote, and the kids and I were able to sit on the bed to watch a movie while my husband continued working in the other room.
