Enjoyed a 2 night stay before a cruise in September. Clean hotel with helpful staff and great (and included) breakfast. Close to the airport with free transportation to the hotel and a $25-$30 cab ride to the Boston Seaport. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely spacious room. Good bed. Very clean. Gym was nicely equipped but had no A/C.so it was warm. There was an old rusty box fan. Airport shuttle worked well. Breakfast was fine.

The overall experience was fair. The location and free shuttle to the airport were a plus. While the price was high, the room was clean and had two double beds. We were immediately upset after checking in since the elevator was being held on the 3rd Floor. What came out was several housekeeping staff members at around 4 p.m. during check in time. Not a good first impression and showed poor management.

Shuttle at airport showed up quickly and registration was fast. The gal at the front desk was polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Could be a little more attentive to shuttle needs. Had to call twice to get a pick up at the airport. Kind of scary when it’s midnight when you get in and you don’t get to the hotel till 1 o’clock. Everyone we met in the hotel was quite pleasant. Excellent breakfast presentation. We would stay again. Called down to ask where the remote for the television was, said they’d call back didn’t have time to talk at the moment. They were checking someone in. Didn’t call back. Not a big deal to us, but could really tick some people off.

The floor was soaked, and this was apparently an issue in multiple rooms. We were told that the gate for the parking lot would be open for guests to leave; it was not and we had to pay $15 to exit.
