Boston stay was great
It was clean and efficient… our family spent the day in Boston and I was dropped off after dinner to catch a 7am flight the next morning. The shuttle was efficient and helpful at 4am to get me & my kids over to Logan with plenty of time to get to checked in & to our gate.

Everything was excellent. The shuttle driver forgot to pick me up at the airport but the front desk sent a complimentary Uber so I wouldn’t have to wait for the next shuttle. Mistakes happen. High quality operations solve them with the customer in mind. Highly recommended.

Estuvo Ok pero hubo una rotura de tubería afuera nos quedamos sin agua y el hotel no tuvo ningún detalle con los huéspedes, si bien fue un daño publico no estaba de mas algún detalle ya que no pudimos ni bañarnos. Y lo que no me gusto es que no hacen tu habitación.

Area isn’t dirty the location is in an old area of Chelsea MA. We did not feel like it is an unsafe area. Room was very nice.
