This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Phenomenal on every level! The quality of this hotel is well worth the price. Marc, one of the concierges was so helpful and friendly. He made our stay so much more enjoyable. All the staff make you feel special and they treat you like royalty. The view was incredible from our room and the complimentary shuttles to and from Boston were so convenient. Splurge! You won’t regret it! We can’t wait to return!! The casino is magnificent but we didn’t gamble. It was tempting! Lol

The property was nice. The service both at the front desk and throughout the hotel were extremely rude. It was overpriced and lacked a personal touch or attention to detail. You can get a friendlier response and better service at any other hotel. Not worth the money.

The Encore is a fantastic stay for vacation getaway. They offer it all. SPA, gambling, shopping and restaurants are all at a premium level. I'd definitely recommend it as a stay for all looking for great vacation experience.
