The in house restaurant had slow service and overall the hotel seemed light on staff. The food was good even if the menu was limited. The free shuttle to/from the airport was full so we had to uber instead. Also the mbta & commuter rail were a decent walk from the hotel in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood so we used uber to come & go from there as well. We had a very quiet room and it was very clean and well stocked.

Room was comfortable. Unfortunately no hot water in the morning for showers. Front desk young man at check in was very pleasant and helpful. He didn’t tell us about the free breakfast though but maybe it wasn’t free? Cooling system in the room was noisy. Cookies at check in was a nice treat. Need to put the phone number on the reservation receipt so you can call for the shuttle to pick up from the airport. Shuttle to airport and cruise ship terminal a great perk.

Mattress topper was very lumpy with hard spots had to remove it to make things worse their elevator is very noisy in the middle of the night, thats all I could here was the hydrolics of the elevator going up and down all night long. They claim to have a restaurant... But I dont consider standing in line to order food and then bring to a table or room, food was served in cardboard boxes, it's not a rerstaurant it's a snack bar!

Not an airport property. Hotel smelled like cigarettes at entrance, rude breakfast attendants , and shuttle picks up people getting off work in back alleys with airport hotel guests .
